 About Premier Pilates . . .
My name is Coleen O'Shea, President
and Program Director of Premier Pilates. My passion has always been health,
nutrition and fitness.

The goal of Premier Pilates is to
encourage all people of all ages to develop an interest in a healthy lifestyle.
Our primary fitness emphasis of Pilates
is based on the techniques and methods of Joseph Pilates.
As the Program
Director, it is vital that I bring an effective, enjoyable and safe program to
our guests. This is facilitated by my fitness training, which spans over 12
years. It includes college courses in dance aesthetics, weight training, anatomy
and physiology, and volleyball.
My ability to specialize in the field of
Pilates comes from training and certification from some of the best-known names
in fitness education: Stott Pilates;
and the National
Academy of Sports Medicine. You owe it to yourself to work with a certified trainer!

Our Premier Staff...
Jenny

Jenny began dancing at a young age and formed a strong love
for movement. Jenny was introduced to Premier Pilates in early 2007 and quickly
fell in love with it. Her desire to become a Stott certified Pilates instructor
was driven by the dramatic results she experienced while practicing pilates 2-3
times a week. Jenny is a detailed-oriented instructor and places strong emphasis
on detail and clear explanations of the pilates principles. Jenny enjoys working
with clients that are just beginning to the advanced. She wishes to use Pilates
to help her clients attain their individual goals.
Keri

Keri first began pilates as a client of Premier Pilates three
years ago. Her dedication and commitment quickly enabled her to excel to
an advanced level. She began her STOTT teacher training in the fall 2007.
Her exuberance rubs off easily and everyone leaves her classes energized!
Angelique

I’ve completed my 200 hour teacher training program.
During my training I was fortunate enough to attend a weekend workshop with
Master Yoga Instructor, Ana Forrest, founder of Forrest Yoga. During Ana’s
workshop I learned more about the importance of core work, breathing into a pose
alignment, and loving Ana’s constant reminders to have fun during my practice.
I am very excited to now share my knowledge of yoga and the disciplines I
have learned with my new seasoned yoga students. Please join me on this
continuing journey. Step onto your mat and learn how to “Let Go” and accept
that where you are is exactly where you need to be.
